We usually reply within a few business days.

FinRoad is a personal-finance planner that runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts and no sign-up, so most questions are about how a feature works, a bug you ran into, or a suggestion you would like to share.

The fastest way to reach us is by email. Tell us what happened, which device and app version you are on, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help.

Report a bug or request a feature

You can send bug reports and ideas straight from the app under Settings → Send feedback, which opens a pre-filled email to our support address. You are welcome to write to us directly at the same address.

Your data

FinRoad stores your financial data only on your device. We do not have a copy of it on a server, so we cannot read or recover it for you. If you want to know what diagnostic data the app collects, or to change your analytics choice, see Settings → Share usage data and our Privacy Policy.

Data access and deletion requests

To request access to or deletion of any data associated with you, email support@finroadapp.com. We will respond within one week.
